About JCMA
The Journal of Clinical and Medical Academia publishes research at the intersection of clinical practice and academic medicine, for clinicians, researchers and healthcare professionals in the medical, biomedical and health sciences.
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Editorial decisions rest with the Editor-in-Chief and editorial board, and are made on scientific merit alone. No charge is made at submission, and none on manuscripts that are not accepted.
The journal’s advisory committee is currently being constituted, and will appoint an independent Editor-in-Chief.
Submissions
JCMA is accepting manuscripts for Volume 1, Issue 1. Our online submission system is being finalised; until it is live, manuscripts are received by email at editor@jcma.in.
Send two files — a title page file and a blinded manuscript — prepared according to the author guidelines. You will receive acknowledgement within three working days, with a manuscript reference number.
No charge is made at submission, and no charge on manuscripts that are not accepted. The APC is waived in full for all manuscripts submitted on or before 31 December 2027.
